混合ガス中に含まれている酸素と水素とを反応させて水
を生成させるための反応器と、この反応器を出ガス中の
水を゛ 除去する手段と、水を除去されたガスを上記バ
ブラーに高純度不活性ガスとして再循環する手段と、上
記バブラー内のガスを上記セトラー内に社行させる手段
