Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、鋳造用溶融金属の温度を測定する溶湯温度計
に関するものである。
本考案の目的は測定パイプは真直のままで販売し、需要
者が任意に彎曲できる溶湯温度計を提供することにある
。
前記の目的を充足するため本考案は次のように構成した
ものである。
即ち本考案は計器１に、感知体２を先端に密封して収容
した測定パイプ３を突出させた溶湯温度計において、前
記測定パイプ３内に軽金属等のフレキシブルパイプ４を
内装した溶湯度温計である。
尚測定パイプ３は溶湯に浸漬する耐熱部３ａを先端を閉
鎖したクロム等の耐熱金属で成形し、アルミ製のパイプ
３ｂに、嵌込んで固定する。
そしてフレキシブルパイプ４はアルミのパイプ３ｂの内
面に接するように設け、その中を感知体２と計器１を結
ぶ導線５を挿通する。
本考案は以上のように、測定パイプは所望の位置で所要
の角度折り曲げることができるので、使用時にその状態
に適合する角度を簡単に折り曲げられ、しかもフレキシ
ブルパイプブによって折り曲げたとき全体がつぶれて変
形しないので機械的強度が弱くなるおそれがなく収納、
運搬等に頗る便利であり、溶湯温度計としての実用価値
は向上する。

図面は本考案に係る溶湯温度計の一実施例を示したもの
で、第１図は斜視図、第２図は要部の断面図である。 １〜計器、２〜感知体、３〜測定パイプ、４〜フレキシ
ブルパイプ。

  1. 計器１に、感知体２を先端に密封して収容した測定パイ
    プ３を突出させた溶湯温度計において、前記測定パイプ
    ３内に軽金属等のフレキシブルパイプ４を内装した溶湯
    温度計。
