Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

It consists of a combination of an electrostrictive element with a constant thickness whose deflection changes depending on the magnitude of the applied voltage, and an orifice installed close to and opposite to the tip end surface of this electrostrictive element. A variable orifice element characterized in that the opening area of an orifice is changed by deflection of a strain element.
