てたわみ量が変化する電歪素子と、開口端端面を前記電
歪素子の自由端端面に対向近接させて第２の部材に設け
られたオリフィスとを具備してなる可変オリフィス装置
であって、前記第１の部材と前記第２の部材とを前記オ
リフィスの開口端端面と直交する軸心回りに相対回動可
能に組合せるとともに、これら両部材どうしを所望の回
動位置において連結固定する部材連結手段を設けたこと
