Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は合成樹脂と紙の有するそれぞれの短所を互に補
い互の長所のみを発揮する袋である。
図面に示す実施例について説明すると、フラットヤーン
と称する巾２〜３ミリの細帯状のポリプロピレン又はポ
リエチレンのような合成樹脂型の帯状糸１を経糸とし、
同様の細帯状の紙製の帯状糸２を緯糸として平織りし、
その平織り布の片側にポリプロピレン又はポリエチレン
のような合成樹脂フィルム３をラミネートし、平織り布
を裏側にフィルム３を表側にして袋Ａとする。
４はミシン縫いを示す。
本考案の袋にセメントのような含水骨のある粉体を収容
すると、外部の湿気は合成樹脂フィルム３に遮断されて
内部に進入せず、しがも内容物の粉体から発散する水分
は紙製の帯状糸２が吸収するので粉体が蒸れて変質する
おそれがない。
しかも経糸はフラットヤーンと称する合成樹脂型の帯状
糸１で強いから袋を提げても経方向の負荷によく堪えて
破れることなく、また紙製の緯糸は合成樹脂型のものに
比し日光によっても老化せず袋を永く堅牢に保つという
効果を生ずる。

裏側正面図、第３図はその断面図。 １は経方向の帯状糸、２は緯方向の帯状糸、３は合成樹
脂フィルム。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フラットヤーンと称する巾２〜３ミリの細帯状のポリプ
    ロピレン又はポリエチレンのような合成樹脂型の帯状糸
    １を経糸とし、同様の細帯状の紙製の帯状糸２を緯糸と
    して平織りし、その平織り布の片側にポリプロピレン又
    はポリエチレンのような合成樹脂型フィルム３をラミネ
    ートし、平織り布を裏側にフィルム３を表側にして成る
    袋。
