Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ロボット・クレーン等の荷移送機械の可動アーム先端、
    又は室部等の可動部に電磁吸着器Ａを固着し、又排気ポ
    ンプと接続された真空吸着用排気管Ｂの管端を開口状態
    に配接するとともに、電磁被吸着面を有する型枠の下位
    に真空吸着盤Ｃを所要数設け、た真空吸着器りを前記可
    動部側とは分離独立して別体として備え、しかも同真空
    吸着器の真空吸着盤Ｃに接続された排気管Ｂ′の管端を
    真空吸着器りが電磁吸着器Ａに吸着した状態において、
    前記可動部側の排気管Ｂの管端開口部と当接する位置に
    おいて開口させ、更に可動部側の排気管Ｂの開口した管
    端、又は真空吸着器りの排気管Ｂ′の開口した管端の少
    なくともいずれかを弾性ある素材で対向させ、排気管接
    合部が負圧になる二とによりその接合部が更に強力に接
    合されることを特徴とする真空吸着盤の脱着交換機構。
