Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an oil ink contaning a fluorine-based surfactant and a silane coupling agent, and producing strongly adherent writings without causing dewetting phenomena even on a writing material with a poor wetting property. CONSTITUTION:The oil ink is prepared by kneading (A) about 1-7wt% synthetic resin (e.g., styrene/butadiene copolymer), (B) about 0.05-0.5wt% fluorine- based surfactant (e.g., fluorinated lauryl sodium sulfate), (C) a small amount of a silane coupling agent, (D) a colorant and (E) a solvent (e.g., ethyl acetate) at room temp.-about 50 deg.C for about two hours for uniform dissolution. The ink has a low surface tension like a silicone film and shows an excellent writing property even on a material with a poorly wettable surface.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an oil-based ink that exhibits good adhesion and does not exhibit the Fi-like phenomenon even in Table (1), which is a material with extremely low surface tension and poor wettability.

An example of a material with low surface tension and poor dripping properties is packing tape, which is made by coating a paper base with a polyethylene film and then covering it with a silicone film. Furthermore, when using conventional oil-based ink, a repellent phenomenon is observed even when a line is drawn on the surface, making it impossible to create a good edge. To the east, the adhesion after the mark was poor, @<
There was a problem that a single trace would be erased just by rubbing it.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems and develop an oil-based ink with excellent characteristics, the present invention was developed using conventionally known colorants as a result of repeated research and testing to apply various materials and additives to oil-based inks. and to the solvent.

It is desirable to select a synthetic resin that improves the adhesion of the ink to the silicone film.Firstly, a fluorine-based surfactant is added to solve the repellency phenomenon, and a silane coupling agent is also added. By adding it as an auxiliary agent for both the repellency and adhesion effects,
The present invention was completed by discovering that good handwriting can be obtained even on the surface of materials covered with a silicone film, such as packing tape, and that an oil-based ink with excellent adhesion can be obtained.

Styrene-butadiene copolymer (sk'-1-l)
Examples include luene-butadiene copolymer, styrene-acrylate resin, vinyltoluene-acrylate branch I resin, and alkyd resin. These resins have good film-forming properties, excellent adhesion, and quick-drying properties. It is suitable as a binder for adding a coloring agent onto a silicone film, and the amount of addition thereof is preferably selected from the range of 1 to 7 wt%. This is because if it is less than 1 wt %, the effect cannot be expected, and on the other hand, if it is on 7 wt dust, there is a risk that precipitation will occur in the ink.

Next, a fluorine-based surfactant such as sodium fluorinated lauryl sulfate or polyoxyethylene perfluorolauryl ether is coated. These have a strong ability to lower surface tension and have a high surface wetting ability (Surface Wet).
stability) is maximum. Therefore, it exhibits good wettability to silicone films, making it possible to leave handwriting without repelling. And the addition l is 0.05 ~
It is preferably within the range of 0.5 wt%. 0
.. This is because if it is less than 0.5 wt, there is little effect on the repelling phenomenon, and if it is more than 0.5 wt, problems such as ink bleeding may occur.

In general, the silane coupling agent works to synergistically reduce the effect on the dense layer properties of the coloring agent, synthetic resin, and silicone film, and the effect can be expected in extremely small amounts. Can be done.

The colorant and solvent, which are other basic components, may be suitably mixed with conventionally known materials. Examples of bath agents include esters such as ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, and n-butyl acetate; Ketones such as methyl ethyl ketone and methyl isoptyl ketone, petroleum distillates such as petroleum benzine and ligroin, and aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene and toluene can be extracted.

The mixture was stirred for a period of time to uniformly dissolve the mixture, and if necessary, it was filtered to remove undissolved substances to obtain a three-glaze oil-based ink. A marking pen was filled with these oil-based inks, and the markings were actually written on the surface of packing tape. As a result, no repelling phenomenon occurred in any of the inks, and it was possible to obtain good handwriting similar to that obtained when writing on ordinary paper. In addition, when writing with a conventional oil-based ink, the repelling phenomenon was so pronounced that it was almost impossible to read the characters. Next, after the handwriting dried [2], I rubbed the handwriting strongly with my fingertips, but none of the marks were completely erased, and it was confirmed that the adhesion was very good. Incidentally, most of the traces created by conventional oil-based inks have been erased. As explained above, according to the present invention, the surface tension of the fluorine yarn interface is increased like a silicone film due to the synergistic effect of the occupancy agent and the silane cup linking agent. is extremely low, and it is possible to obtain candy traces with good adhesion without causing a repellent phenomenon even on the surface of materials with poor wettability.
