Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an oil pigment ink which has excellent adhesion and very low surface tension and does not exhibit a cissing phenomenon even when applied to the surface of a material having poor wettability, consisting of a pigment, a synthetic resin, a fluorine-contg. surfactnat and a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A pigment, a synthetic resin, a fluorine-contg. surfactant and a solvent are mixed together. Pref. examples of the synthetic resins include styrene/butadiene copolymer, vinyltoluene/butadiene copolymer, and alkyd resin. These resins have good film-forming properties, good adhesin and other good properties such as quick dryness and are suitable for use as a binder for fixing the pigment on a silicone film. The resins are used in an amount of pref. 1- 20wt%. Examples of the fluorine-contg. surfactants include sodium fluorinated lauryl sulfate and polyoxyethylene perfluorolauryl ether, which are used in an amount of pref. 0.5-5wt%.

Therefore, the inventor solved the problem described in 01 [
In order to develop a convenient oil-based ink with a high pigment content, we have dispersed all kinds of materials and additives into oil-based pigment ink (1). By adding a synthetic resin and a fluorine-based surfactant to the dough, it is possible to improve adhesion and eliminate the problem of "rainbow" 1.It is also good on the surface of materials covered with Noricon film, such as packing gum cheese. The present invention was completed by discovering that it was possible to obtain an oil-based pigment ink with excellent adhesion.Furthermore, it was necessary to improve both the foaming phenomenon and adhesion. If a 7-run coupling agent is added as an adjuvant to the effect of oil-based pigment ink, a better oil-based pigment ink can be obtained.

It is preferable that the amount added is selected from the range of 1wt to zQwt. This is because if it is less than 1 wt %, no marking effect can be expected, and on the other hand, if it is more than 20 wt %, there is a risk of promoting pigment precipitation.

Next, examples of fluorinated surfactants include sodium fluoride lauryl 15ate and polyoxy7ethyleneberfluorolauryl ether, but they are not limited to Konera, and any fluorinated surfactant can also be used. Force to lower surface tension - Strong, Table...-1 Wetting ability (Surfaae We
