第１図は従来の法面保護工事の一例の説明図、第２図は
法面保護工事に用いられるセンターアームの取付概要を
示す説明図、第３図は従来の型枠を固定し、連結する状
態を示す説明図、第４図は従来の接続板の正面図、第５
図は従来の接続板を用いパネルシートを接続する状態を
示す説明図、第６図〜第１１図は本考案の型枠連結、固
定装置に係るもので、第６図は固定板の側面図、第７図
は同じく背面図、第８図は同じく斜視図、第９図は接続
板の正面図、第１０図はパネルシートに接続板、固定板
を取付けた状態を示す正面図、第１１図は型枠に本案装
置を用いた状態を示す一部縦断面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　法面上に複数の鉄筋２を縦横に配設しその交叉部２
    ａの中心にアンカーボルト３を打ち込み、７該ボルト３
    にセンターアーム３ａを取り付け、各アーム３ａ端部３
    ｂを、包囲形等に連接させ法面上に配置せしめられる型
    枠１の二つ折り又は二つ合わせのパネルシート１ａに挾
    み込まれ、位置決めストッパー４′及び脱出防止用爪５
    ′及び中孔？’　ａを有する横長長方形状の接続板７′
    を介し、アンカーボルト３及び巾タイ６′により間隔制
    御された゛型枠１′を法面上に連結固定せしめ各型枠内
    及び型枠間にコンクリート又はモルタル８を装填し或い
    は緑化するようにした法面保護工事及びコンクリート構
    造物工事において、耐水厚紙、耐水糊及び耐水強化中′
    芯１ｂを使用し、多数の空気抜き孔９をあけたパネルシ
    ート１ａを二つ折り又は二つ合わせとし、長さ方向の両
    端部を相互につき合わせ接合しうべき形状の段形又はＳ
    字形等に切断せしめたパネルシートｌａを包囲形、平行
    形等に連接せしめて成る型棒１と、パネルシート１ａの
    相互のつき合わせ部分の合わせ部分に挿入され、中央に
    縦１文字の位置決め用ストッパー４が設けられ、その上
    、下に中孔７ａが穿設され、多数の脱出防止用爪５が設
    けられた略正方形状の鉄板製等の接続板７と、−面にア
    ンカーボルト打込用孔１１ａをあけた突縁１１を備え他
    面に、巾タイ接続用孔１２ａがあけられた上下二段の突
    縁１２を備え接続板７を介１型枠１に取付けられる固定
    板１０六より成り前記孔１１ａにアンカーボルト３を打
    込み巾タイ６を上、下２段に突縁２，２間に接続させて
    型枠と型枠の間及び型枠内をコンクリート又はモルタル
    を装填せしむべくして成る法面保護工事及びコンクリー
    ト構造物工事用型枠連結、固定装置。 ２　パネルシート１ａの両端部の突き合わせ部分の破断
    形状を半円形、横凹形、横凸形、横凹形、斜線形、直線
    形等に形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の法面保護工事及びコンクリート構造物工
    事用型枠連結、固定装置。
