Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はパネルを組立てるとき大引きをクランプして固
定するクランプ装置に関するものである。
従来のクランプ装置にあっては、第１図、第２図に示す
ように平行に配設した一対の移動稈１′間に支持稈４を
配設し、移動稈１′にクランプアーム５の下端を回動自
在に接着し、支持稈４にクランプアーム５の略中央を枢
着し、移動稈１′の端部に一対の移動稈１′を引違い状
に駆動するシリンダ６を設けてあった。
しかしてパネル枠７間に架設した大引き８をクランプし
てパネルを組立てるに当って、クランプアーム５の先端
のクランプ面２′が水平を向く状態から移動稈１′を引
違い状に駆動し各クランプアーム５を回動して左右の移
動稈１′のクランプアーム５のクランプ面２′を垂直方
向に向けてクランブ面２′間に大引き８をクランプする
。
しかしかかる従来例にあっては、クランプアーム５が回
動してクランプする構造であるため各移動稈１′のクラ
ンプアーム５のピッチｌｐ′を細かくできず、大引き８
が細かいピッチの場合クランプが不可能であった。
本発明は叙述の点に鑑みてなされたものであって、本発
明の目的とするところは移動稈自体が引違い状に斜め上
方に往復駆動されるので移動稈にクランプ体を固着する
構造でもクランプでき、クランプ体の間のピッチを細か
くして被クランプ体のピッチが細かくともクランプでき
るクランプ装置を提供するにある。
以下本発明を実施例により詳述する。
器台９を介して一対の移動稈１を平行に配設してあり、
一方の移動稈１にはクランプ面２が左を向くクランプ体
３を等間隔に固着してあり、他方の移動稈１にはクラン
プ面２が右を向くクランプ体３を等間隔に固着してある
。
また一方の移動稈１には左上に向けて傾斜せる長孔１０
を有するスライド部１１を設けており、他方の移動稈１
は右上に向けて傾斜せる長孔１０を有するスライド部１
１を設けてあり、器台９に突設した軸１４に長孔１０を
スライド自在に嵌合してある。
各移動稈１のスライド部１１にはシリンダ６のピストン
軸１２の先端を連結してあり、シリンダ６の基端を枢支
軸１３にて回動自在に設置してある。
かかるシリンダ６はスライド部１１と同方向を向ように
設置してあってもよい。
しかしてパネル枠７に架設した大引き８をクランプする
にあたって、シリンダ６にて移動稈１を第３図矢印方向
に駆動すると、軸１４に対して長孔１０がスライドして
移動稈１を斜め上方に向けて引違い状に移動し、クラン
プ体３のクランプ面２間に第４図想像線のようにクラン
プされる。
この際スライド部１１の角度により上下左右のストロー
クを任意に設定でき、クランプ体３のピツチｌｐを従来
のピッチｌｐ′より細かくできる。
本発明は叙述の如く構成されているので、シリンダにて
移動稈を駆動することにより一対の移動稈が斜め上方に
向けて引違い状に往復駆動できて移動稈にクランプ体を
直接取付けてあってもクランプ体のクランプ面間に被ク
ランプ体をクランプでき、従来のようにクランプアーム
が回動するスペースを要せず、被クランプ体のピッチが
細かくともクランブできるものである。

第１図は従来例の平面図、第２図は第１図の部切欠拡人
正面図、第３図は本発明の一実施例の平面図、第４図は
第３図の拡大正面図であって、１は移動稈、２はクラン
プ面、３はクランプ体である。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 器台を介して一対の移動稈を平行に配設し、一方の
    移動稈にクランプ面が左を向くようにクランプ体を等間
    隔に固着すると共にこの移動稈に左上に向けて傾斜せる
    長孔を設けて器台に突設した軸を長孔に遊嵌し、他方の
    移動稈にクランプ面が右を向くようにクランプ体を等間
    隔に固着すると共にこの移動稈に右上に向けて傾斜せる
    長孔を設けて器台に突設した軸を長孔に遊嵌し、上記一
    対の移動稈を引違い状に往復駆動するシリンダを各移動
    稈に設けて成ることを特徴とするクランプ装置。
