Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダーリントン接続されたトランジスタ回路から大電流を
    モータに流してこれを駆動するモータドライブ回路にお
    いて、上記ダーリントン接続されたトランジスタ回路の
    最終段のトランジスタのコレクタ、エミッタにモータ電
    流供給用トランジスタのエミッタ、コレクタを夫々接続
    すると共に、該モータ電流供給用トランジスタのオン時
    のコレクタ電流を上記モータの定常回転時の該モータに
    流れる電流値と略等しく選定し、該モータの起動１　　
    時は該ダーリントン接続されたトランジスタ回路からの
    大電流と該モータ電流供給用トランジスタのコレクタ電
    流とを夫々該モータに供給し、該モータの定常回転時は
    該トランジスタ回路を非動作とすると共に該モータ電流
    供給用トランジスタをオンとしてそのコレクタ電流を該
    モータに供給す　　　゛るよう構成したモータドライブ
    回路。
