Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 増幅素子と該増幅素子にバイアスを供給する為のバイア
    ス回路とを含む増幅器の増幅動作を、スイッチ操作する
    ことにより停止させる回路であって、前記スイッチの操
    作に応じてオンオフするスイッチングトランジスタを含
    み、出力端が前記増幅器のバイアス回路に接続されたバ
    イアス変更回路を備え、前記スイッチ及びスイッチング
    トランジスタのオンオフに応じて前記バイアス回路から
    増幅素子に印加されるバイアス電圧を変化させ、増幅器
    の動作を停止させる様に成した増幅器の動作停止回路。
