Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流入力をスイッチングトランジスタによってスイッチ
    ングして得た交流出力を整流して直流出力を得ると共に
    、当該直流出力の電圧を検出して上記スイッチングトラ
    ンジスタのドライバ回路の駆動出力をパルス幅制御する
    ことにより、上記直流出力の電圧を所定値に制御するよ
    うにしてなる定電圧電源回路において、上記ドライバ回
    路は温度変化に応じて上記スイッチングトランジスタの
    ベース電流が最小値範囲又はその近傍の値になるように
    尚該ベース電流を変更できる感温素子を具えることを特
    徴とするスイッチングトランジスタ回路。
