Claims (7)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ハウジング２１に固定した磁性流体シール２２の
    内周に軸体２３を配設し、前記磁性流体シール２２は永
    久磁石２５と永久磁石２５の両側面にそれぞれ密着する
    一対のリング２６とを備え、該リング２６は強磁性体の
    リング体２７をそれぞれ備え、該リング体２７と軸体２
    ３との間のシアルすきまに磁性流体３７が存在する磁性
    流体シール装置において、前記リング２６の内径面とリ
    ング２６に対向する軸体２３の外径面との少なくとも一
    方に動圧発生用のみぞ３１．３２を設けたことを特徴と
    する磁性流体シール装置。
  2. （２）　　動圧発生用のみぞ３１がリング２６の持つリ
    ング体２７の内径面とリング体２７に対向する軸体２３
    の外径面との少なくとも一方に設けられている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁性流体シール装置。
  3. （３）　　リング２６がリング体２７に隣接する非磁性
    体の環状体４１を備え、動圧発生用のみぞ３２が環状体
    ４１の内径面と環状体４１に対向する軸体２３の外径面
    との少なくとも一方に設けられている実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の磁性流体シール装置。
  4. （４）一対のリング２６の間の空間部４３がリング２６
    に設けた連通路４５を介して環状体４１の内径面と連通
    し、動圧発生用のみぞ３１，３２が環状体４１の内径面
    の連通路４５への開口部４７のアキシアル方向の両側に
    設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の磁
    性流体シール装置。
  5. （５）動圧発生用のみぞ３１，３２がスパイラル状のみ
    ぞである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４項の
    いずれかに記載の磁性流体シール装置。
  6. （６）動圧発生用のみぞ３１．３２かへリングボーン状
    のみぞである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４
    項のいずれかに記載の磁性流体シール装置。
  7. （７）開口部４７の空間部４３側の動圧発生用のみぞ３
    １，３２がスパイラル状のみぞである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第４項記載の磁性流体シール装置。
