Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ハウジングに回転可能に支持されている軸の一方
    の端部に固着されたロータと、ロータに近接して設置さ
    れた一方の軸受のロータに対向する端面側に位置するハ
    ウジング内周面と、軸の外周面との間の空間に磁性流体
    シールを設け、さらに前記ロータの平面部と前記ハウジ
    ング端部との間にラビリンス部を設けた磁性流体シール
    装置であって、前記ラビリンス部には前記ハウジング側
    から突出してロータ平面に対向した環状のトラップ部を
    設け、該トラップ部に磁気−回路を形成したことを特徴
    とする磁性流体シール装置。
  2. （２）トラップ部がハウジング側よりロータ側に向って
    延在する円筒状部材によって形成されている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の磁性流体シール装置。
  3. （３）　　円筒状部材がＬ字形に形成されたポールピー
    スのロータ側に向う延在部である実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第２項記載の磁性流体シール装置。
  4. （４）円筒状部材がポールピースとは別部材でＬ字形の
    一部を形成している実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項もし
    くは第３項記載の磁性流体シール装置。
  5. （５）円筒状部材がロータ平面部に設けられた周溝に嵌
    入している実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の磁性流
    体シール装置。
  6. （６）円筒状部材が２つのポールピースと、該２つのポ
    ールピースに挟持されている磁石とからなり、ハウジン
    グ端面に固着されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項
    記載の磁性流体シール装置。
