Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ハウジングに固定されるメンブレン・スプリング
    ・フリクションリング・ケーシング等からなる封止部材
    と、該封止部材のフリクションリングに摺接し回転軸と
    共に回転するカウンターフェースとて構成されたメカニ
    カルシールにおいて；該フリクションリングをカウンタ
    ーフェースに圧接するスプリングはコイル形状を有して
    メンブレン内側に備わり、該コイルスプリングの最大巻
    間隔をメンブレンの最小厚み以下としたことを特徴とす
    るメカニカルシール。
  2. （２）前記スプリングは軸方向に表面積が多い帯形状か
    らなることを特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のメカニカルシール。
