Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半径方向に磁化された環状永久磁石と、該外径
部及び該片側平面部を覆つた半断面Ｌ字型の軟磁
性体ポールピースリングと、該永久磁石及び該ポ
ールピースの夫々の内径を貫く強磁性シヤフトと
、該シヤフト外径と該永久磁石内径及び該ポール
ピース内径との空隙に磁気的に捕捉される磁性流
体リング膜とから構成された磁性流体シール装置
において、 該永久磁石と該ポールピースとが対向・接合し
形成される内周面部の内径が対向してない該永久
磁石及び該ポールピースの内周面部の内径よりも
常に大きくなるように該永久磁石及び該ポールピ
ースの夫々の内径部に傾斜を持たせたことを特徴
とする磁性流体シール装置。
