- 軸方向に磁化された環状磁石と、この磁石の両
端に同心的に接合された軟磁性環状ポールピース
と、磁石、ポールピースに同心的に貫通した強磁
性シヤフトと、シヤフトの外径及びポールピース
の内径の空間に磁気的に捕捉された磁性流体リン
グ膜とより構成され、磁石の内径部に位置するシ
ヤフトの外径部を突出状に形成したことを特徴と
する磁性流体シール装置。
