Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第1図は前記の型の従来の駆動システム、説明図、第2
図は変速駆動シャフトに装着自在であり且つ渦巻ばねの
偏位により軸方向に移動自在な1個の可動なプーリ半割
体を有する1個の駆動プーリと、被駆動シャフトに装着
されており且つもう1個のプーリ半割体から隔っている
ブーり半割体の誘導面の傾斜を、遠心力により走行する
スチールボールの偏位により軸方向に移動自在な1個の
可動なプーリ半割体を有する被駆動ブーりとを有してお
り、該傾斜がプーリ軸に対し異なる角度で傾斜している
2部分を有し7ている本考案の駆動システムの1具体例
を示す説明図、第3図は駆動シャフトに装着自在なプー
リの可動な半割体が2個の異なる比率の渦巻ばねにより
軸方向に偏位される本考案のもう−1つの具体例を示す
説明面、第4図は両プーリの各半割体が軸方向に移動自
在な本考案の更にもう1つの具体例を示す説明図、第5
図は遠心クラッチを使用している本考案の次の具体例を
示す説明図、第6図は駆動プーリの可動な半割体がスチ
ールボールにより偏位され被駆動ブーりの可動な半割体
が渦巻ばねにより偏位される具体例を示す説明図、第7
図から第9図は、各図の下部が駆動速度の変化に対、す
る伝達率の理論変化を示し各図の上部がそれぞれ被駆動
速度と駆動速度との間の関係を示ずダイヤグラムであり

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第1のプーリの少なくとも一つの可動なプーリ半割体は
    、軸方向偏位ばね手段により他方のプーリ半割体に対し
    て軸方向に可動であり、第2のプーリの少なくとも一つ
    の可動なブーり半割体が、ベルト摺動面と対向する面に
    放射方向に伸長するボール誘導面を有しており、第2プ
    ーリの少なくとも一つの可動な半割体は、第2プーリが
    回転する際、ポールが誘導面に設けられた傾斜手段上を
    移動する結果、他方のプーリ半割体に対して軸方向に可
    動であるように構成されており、システムの所定駆動速
    度による作動時にボールが放射方向最内端に配置されて
    おり、所定速度以上にシステムの速度が増加するとホー
    ルが遠心力により傾斜手段上を放射外側方向に移動し、
    その結果として第2のプーリの可動な半割体と他方の半
    割体との間の軸方向距離が減少し且つベルト支持面の周
    辺の長さが増加し、更にその結果増加したベルトの張力
    が、第1のプーリの可動な半割体を、所定よりも小さい
    ベルト支持面を一時的に提供するべ(その偏位ばね手段
    に抗して移動させるように構成されており、傾斜手段が
    、二つの異った傾斜照度で形成されて、可動な半割体の
    軸方向移動に非線形性を与えるように構成されているベ
    ルト駆動システム。
