    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料導入管１と接続する気化バルブ２を気化用恒温槽３
    の内に開閉自在に設置し、該気化バルブ２の出口と接続
    する気化ガス導管４を該気化用恒、　部槽３を経て気化
    ガス用恒温槽５の内に導入した後、該気化ガス導管４の
    末端を水分検出器６に接続してなる液化ガス中の水分測
    定装置。
