圧力計、１１・・・液量検出器、１２・・・温度計、１
３・・・レベル計、１４・・・仕切弁。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水平配管の末端を低温タンクにそって立上らせ低温タン
    クの頂部に第１のバルブを介して接続される立上り管に
    連通させるとともに、前記水平配管から分岐する分岐管
    を低温タンクの下部に第２のバルブを介して連通させ、
    前記水平配管に作動用ガス供給管を第３のバルブを介し
    て接続し、さらに前記水平配管には該配管内の液位を検
    出し得る検出器を接続してなる低温液化ガス配管装置。
