Claims (1)
- 低温貯槽に接続する低温液の受入配管と、該受入配管の
前艷貯摺接続部近傍に取付けた圧力調整弁とを備え、該
圧力調整弁により弁の上流側の管内圧力を所定の設定圧
力に保持するよう構成したこ、とを特徴とする低温液の
移送配管装置。
