    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 飽和液を収納し得るタンクと該タンクの下方所要位置に
    配設されたポンプとを結ぶ管路に、前記タンク内の圧力
    が所定の圧力以下になったら前記管路内の飽和液を冷却
    するサブクーラを設けたことを特徴とする冷却装置。
