、４・・・支持部材、１２・・・周壁、２１・・・側壁
、２４・・・突起、２５・・・カバープレート、４１・
・・環状帯、４２・・・受縁、４３・・・脚片。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所要丙径の偏平円筒状の容器本体と、容器本体の周壁に
    嵌着される側壁とカバープレートとを一体形成し、その
    力・−一プレートの下面周囲にウェハー縁部と接する突
    起を設けたカバーと、内方へ傾斜形成した環状帯の外周
    囲に受縁を突設し、内周囲に所要数の弾性脚片を半洋方
    向に延設して皿状に形成したウェハーの支持部材とから
    なり、該支持部材を容器本体に収容しカバーを嵌着した
    状態において、ウェハーの下側縁部を環状帯部分にて支
    持するとともに、ウェハーの上側縁部は上記突起により
    抑え、かつ突起を介しての押圧力によ舅□− りウェハーを縁部にて弾力的に保持固定してなるウェハ
    ー容器。
