    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気触媒装置を有するターボチャージャー付エンジンに
    おいて、タービン上流側通路とタービン下流側通路と制
    御弁を介して連通ずるバイパス路を設け、該制御弁を前
    記排気触媒装置の触媒温度に基づいて開閉制御するよう
    にしたことを特徴とするターボチャージャー付エンジン
    のタービンバイパス装置。
