DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a trolley for supplying power to electrical equipment moving along a rail, and in particular to an improvement in a tension type insulated trolley. An intermediate tensioning device 2 that pulls the line 1 in the opposite direction and an intermediate tensioning device 2 that pulls the wire 1 in the opposite direction are attached to the trolley wire 1 with a small interval between them to form a tensionless section 3 between the intermediate tensioning devices 2 and 2. A slide device 4 capable of absorbing the expansion and contraction of the trolley wire 1 is provided in this tensionless section 3, and a large number of hangers 5 are installed.
The present invention relates to a tension-type insulated trolley in which the pair of intermediate tensioning devices 2 described above are provided with a non-tensioned part 3 interposed in an intermediate portion of a trolley wire 1 suspended from the trolley wire 1.

In a conventional tension-type insulated trolley, in a straight line system as shown in FIG. Trolley wire 1
When the length of the wire was 150 m or more, the terminal tightening device 6 could not absorb the slack in the toe line 1 due to temperature changes.

Furthermore, in an endless system including a straight line as shown in FIG. 1, slack in the trolley wire 1 due to temperature changes cannot be absorbed, so the trolley wire 1 meanderes, making it practically unusable.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to eliminate distortion of the trolley wire caused by temperature changes even in long straight line systems, line systems including curved parts, and even endless systems. It is an object of the present invention to provide a tension type insulating material DIJ- which can be absorbed and can be used for practical purposes.

以下、本発明を実施例により詳述する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to Examples.

Reference numeral 2 denotes an intermediate tightening device, in which a slide rod 22 passes through a hole horizontally provided in the upper part of the insulator 21 and both ends protrude, one end is fixed to a fixed plate 23 and the other end is attached to a compression coil spring 24. The compression coil spring 24 is fitted with the locking plate 25.
It is formed in such a way that it does not come off.

The fixing plate 23 of the intermediate tensioning device 2 is fixed to the rail 7 or other member, and the toro IJ-wire 1 is attached to the bottom of the insulator 21.
By fixing the trolley wire 1, the trolley wire 1 is pulled in one direction by the spring force of the compression coil spring 24.

Therefore, when constructing a tension-type insulated trolley for a straight line system, a pair of intermediate tensioning devices 2 are installed at each length interval within a range where the slack of the trolley wire 1 is not a practical problem, as shown in Fig. 2. The entire system is blocked by the rain intermediate tightening device 2 and the tensionless section 3 of the two gates.

As described above, the intermediate tensioning device that pulls the trolley wire in one direction by a spring force and the intermediate tensioning device that pulls the trolley wire in the opposite direction are attached to the trolley wire with a small interval between them. By forming a tension-free section and installing a slide device in this tension-free section that can absorb the expansion and contraction of the trolley wire, it is possible to prevent trolley wires even in very long straight line systems, systems that combine straight lines and curved lines, and even endless systems. 1) It is possible to tension the line in a single line, and the trolley wire can be easily tightened manually without using a tightening device such as a winch, and the trolley line does not expand or contract due to temperature changes. In addition, since the trolley wire is divided into blocks by a pair of intermediate tensioning devices, even if a block collapse with a tension-type insulated trolley breaks, the broken part can be fixed without loosening the entire line system. Since it is only necessary to release the intermediate tightening device of the seven hooks, the replacement work of the damaged parts can be done easily and in a short time, and even during the replacement work, lines other than the seven hooks near the damage can be used. This has the effect of making it possible.
