    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バイポーラトランジスタとこのトランジスタのヴースに
    接続された定電圧ダイオードとを含む直列制御型定電圧
    回路において、前記バイポーラトランジスタのベース・
    コレクタ間にゲート・ソース間を短絡した接合型電界効
    果トランジスタを接続することにより、入力電圧変動に
    対する安定度を向上させたことを特徴とする直列制御型
    定電圧回路。
