Claims (1)
- 変調された発光素子の光ビームを反射物で反射させたの
ち受光素子によって検出し、その検出信号の位相角と、
内パス回路によって短絡して取り出される前記発光素子
の光の位相角との差をデータ処理することにより前記光
ビームの反射点までの距離を測定するようにした距離計
において、前記受光素子の出力信号のうちの一定範囲の
振幅を取り出してその信号でデータ処理の可否を判定す
る比較器よりなるレベル判定回路を設けたことを特徴と
する光波距離計。
