Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は軸筒に内談したインキ溜筒のインキを當に円滑
にポール２ペンに供給するよ５Ｋしたインキ誘導装置に
興すゐものである。
従来のｌ−ルペンは軸先きに挿着したボールペンの芯金
と軸筒内Ｋ１１１人したインキ溜筒間を単に繊維束の誘
導芯のみで連通したものであるから軸筒Ｋ１１ｆｆた通
気孔よりの外気圧が誘導芯の外周より繊維ｌＩｌ執中に
及ばすので毛細管現象によるインキの通路を線断し易く
このためボールペンの作製直後長時間ペン軸を倒立せし
めて誘出を待つ非能率的不利を伴ったものであり然も筆
記中イン中が中断して筆記不能となったり或は誘導芯の
外周より滲出したインキが通気孔より流出する憂いがあ
り又使用につれて誘導芯が軟化しズペン軸落下時にイン
キ溜筒内の含滲締が脱出する等作製上、使用上、扱い上
諸多の請不利があった。
本発明は畝上在来の賭不利に鎌み研究の結果下記の極め
て簡単な装置により解決したものである。
即ち実施例の図面に示したように、軸先きＩＫ挿着した
ボールペンＢの芯金２に会成＊＊束の誘導芯３の基端を
挿着す為と共に諌霞導芯の外１１に脅威樹脂の管ＩＩｋ
被覆体４を濠挿し且諌被覆） 体の他端に露出した誘導芯３の他端部を、軸筒ｓ内に装
入したインキ金製ｌｌ５ｌ入りインキ溜筒６の開口端部
より挿入して相互を連通せしめ軸１１ｆ５におけゐ軸先
き部近く通気孔Ｈを穿って成石ものであってなお図面中
Ｐは軸筒５の後端に嵌着した尾栓である。
本装置は以上のように繊維束誘導芯の外側に被覆体を設
けたので該組織中に通気孔“よりの外気圧が影響するこ
とな≦従って前記従来のようなインキの流通を阻害する
おそれがないのみでなく皺外気圧は図中矢印に示すよう
に専らインキ溜筒の一口１１に働くのでインキは霧出し
ていゐ誘導芯端部に集中し且腋部における誘導芯の毛細
管真象と被覆体のすタション作用によりイア□よ急“速
用＊Ｑｚ−′ム、に４７、れ従っ、インキの停清中断！
、きたすことのない多大な効果を奏す石もの巴する。。
従って本装置を設けたボールペンは作製直後より連続的
且円滑に書記せられるので前記従来のようなペン軸を長
時間倒立せしめるような無駄な作業や時間的ロスは悉く
排せられ常に能率的安価に量産せられる実益も具有する
ものであって然も本ボールペンは落下しても被覆体がイ
ンキ溜筒内の含滲綿の脱落を抑止するので堅牢長久に使
用せられる利点をも具有するものである。
なお上記実施例においては繊維束誘導芯の外側−に管状
被覆体を挿嵌したが該被覆体を軸先き部と一体に形成し
たり或は誘導芯の外側を合成樹脂のコーティング層とす
ることもできるがこれらはいずれも本発明の自由な実施
範囲に属すゐこと勿論である。

図は実施例であって、第１図は軸筒を縦断して示す全体
の側面図、第２図は全体を縦断して示す拡大縦断側面図
である。 １は軸先き、２は芯金１．３は繊維束誘導芯、４は管状

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 軸先きに挿着したボールペンの芯金と軸筒内に装入した
    イン今−筒間を、繊維束の誘導芯で連通し且軸筒に通気
    孔な−ったボールペンにおいて、上記誘導芯の外１１１
    に戴置な被覆体を設けたことを特徴とすゐボールペンに
    おけるインキ−導装置。
