Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　略直線状のアームを有するケーシングと；アームの
    一端に設けられ、ケーシングからの距離が測定される物
    体に向ってアームに垂直な第１の放射ビームを送り出す
    第１の干渉性光エミッターと；アームの他端に設けられ
    アームに対して角度方向づけ可能であるとともに、上記
    物体に向って第２の放射ビームを送り出す第２の干渉性
    光エミッターと；第１および第２の放射ビームが上記物
    体の位置で交差した状態におけるアームに対する第２の
    干渉性光エミツターノ角度位置を測定する測定手段と；
    を備えた遠隔測定装置。 ２　上記アームは、伸縮自在であることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の遠隔測定装置。 ３　上記第１のエミッターはレーザー源を備え、このレ
    ーザー源は、レーザー源からの放射光を分割して第１の
    ビームと補助ビームとを作るビーム分割器をその出力側
    に有しており、上記第２のエミッターは補助ビームを反
    射させる回動可能なミラーを有していることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項のいずれ
    かに記載の遠隔測定装置。 ４　上記アームは、管状であり、補助ビームは、アーム
    内を伝送されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第３項記載の遠隔測定装置。 ５　上記測定手段は、第２の放射ビームとアームとの間
    の角度のタンジェントに比例してその抵抗が変化する電
    位差検出器を有していることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項ないし第４項のいずれかに記載の遠隔
    測定装置。 ６　上記測定手段は、電位差検出器と、電位差検出器に
    接続され第２の放射ビームとアームとの間の角度のタン
    ジェントを示す信号を作る処理回路と、を有しているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第
    ４項のいずれかに記載の遠隔測定装置。 ７　上記処理回路は、マイクロプロセッサ−を有してい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載
    の遠隔測定装置。
