Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象物へ光ビームを照射する光源及びその反射光の
    受像スポット位置を検出する受光位置検出器を含む光学
    系と、前記受光位置検出器の出力信号により制御される
    サーボモータを駆動源として前記光学系を直線状に移動
    させるリニヤアクチュエータと、このリニヤアクチュエ
    ータに連動して前記光学系の位置を指示する位置検出器
    とを備え、前記受光位置検出器は前記受像スポットが所
    定の受光軸に一致したときにゼロ信号そしてずれたとき
    には対応するレベル及び極性の位置信号を出力すること
    を特徴とする測距装置。
