Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数枚の混成集積回路基板と、外部接続端子とか
    らなる混成集積回路装置において、前記複数枚の混成集
    積回路基板を該混成集積回路基板に形成した回路の外部
    接続端子用電極バンドが基板表面に表われるよう端部に
    段差を設けて重合し、前記外部接続端子によって前記複
    数枚の混成集積回路基板の基板表面に表われたそれぞれ
    対応する外部接続端子用電極パッドを接続したことを特
    徴とする混成集積回路装置。
  2. （２）　　複数枚の混成集積回路基板の一部又は全部が
    基板の両面に回路を形成した両面基板である実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の混成集積回路装置。
