Claims (1)
- 測定部と、この測定部に連続しこの測定部の軸線から所
定の曲率をもって湾曲すると共にこの測定部と別の方向
に延びる上流部とを有する管路に対して、上記測定部の
外周面のこの測定部を挾んで対向する壁部外面油分に、
一対の超音波送受波器をこれらの超音波送受波器の間を
結ぶ直線が上記測定部の軸線に対して６５°〜７０°の
角度をなすように配置し、これらの超音波送受波器間の
超音波伝播時間に基いて、手記上流部から測定部に流れ
る流体の流速または流量を測定するようにした超音波流
量計において、上記一対の超音波送受波器のうち上流側
の第１の超音波送受波器の位置を、上記管路の測定部を
その軸線と直交する方向から切って断面視したときに、
測定部の軸線を起点として上流部が延在する方向と逆方
向に延びる直線と、上記第１の超音波送受波器と上記軸
線とを結ぶ直線との間の角度が±１４５°〜１７５°の
範囲になるような位置に設定したことを特徴とする超音
波流量計。
