Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 管路に流れる被測定流体に対して斜めに超音波信号を交
    互に逆向きに放射しその放射方向による前記超音波信号
    の伝達時間差によ６前記被測定流体の流量を測定する超
    音波流量計において、前記管路に設けられ前記被測定流
    体の音速を実測する音速検出手段と、前記音速検出手段
    の出力を用いて前記管路の管壁の法線方向と超音波信号
    の伝達方向とのなす入射角を補正することによりスパン
    を補正する手段を具備する超音波流量計。
