Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｍ系列信号或いはこれに類する不規則信号又は周期パル
    スの超音波或いは音波である外部入力信号で流量検知信
    号を送信又は受信する送受信器と、該送受信器に組み付
    られて流体の流れる配管に接触し前記流量検知信号を前
    記配管に伝達する伝達要素と、前記送受信器に接続され
    前記流量検知信号が前記流体中及び前記配管上を上流側
    から下流側に伝播した場合と下流側から上流側に伝播し
    た場合の相互相関関数の差又は伝播時間の差に基づいて
    前記流体の流速又は流量を演算する流量演算要素とを具
    備したことを特徴とする接触型流量測定装置。
