Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）一対の固定抵抗と一対の半導体を使用した感圧数
    とで形成したブリッジ回路と、このブリッジ回路図入力
    端に電圧を供給する電圧供給回路と、そのブリッジ回路
    の出力端の電圧と測定する電圧測定回路とを備え、前記
    半導体の感圧素子の温度対抵抗特性を補償するように金
    属抵抗よりなる温度補償抵抗を回路中に接続した圧カド
    ランスミッタ。
  2. （２）　　温度補償抵抗をブリッジ回路の感圧素子とそ
    れぞれ直列に接続した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の圧カドランスミッタ。
  3. （３）温度補償抵抗をブリッジ回路の出力端に接続した
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧カドランスミッ
    タ。
