Among converted electric signals, only a necessary signal is selected. The selected signal is demultiplexed by a demultiplexing circuit 3 and sent into the package 1. Consequently, an increase in the number of terminals of each electric connector and the complicating of a back wiring board are prevented, and large-capacitance transmission among packages is performed.
