船上に汲み上げる為に集魚ポンプの揚程が比較的高くな
り、本装置の性能を決定する上で最も重要な馬力当りの
揚魚量が充分満足できるまで向上できないものであった

ポンプの馬力当りの吸水量を相当増大でき、揚魚装置に
特に要求される単位時間当りの揚魚量を飛躍的に増大で
きるのである。
