Claims (2)
- （１）薄肉の中央部に比べ周辺部が厚肉の凹レンズ形状
の成形品を成形する金型において、前記中央部の真上近
傍にカートリッジヒータを設けるとともに、同ヒータの
直下に熱感知装置を設け、成形品形状に応じた時間の経
過とともに変化する温度勾配制御を行うことを特徴とし
た射出成形機用金型。 - （２）前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の金型に
おいて、射出成形機の成形工程に同期させ、射出工程中
のみに前記ヒータを通電させ、タイマによる通電時間お
よび発熱量を電圧制御により微調整可能にしたことを特
徴とする射出成形機用金型。
