点火に寄与する半サイクルに上記半導体スイッチング素
子をトリガしてこの半導体スイッチング素子に上記発電
コイルを短絡させ機関を停止させるコンデンサ、上記ス
トップスイッチに並列に接続さ°れこのストップスイッ
チの開放時に上記コンデンサの充電々圧とストップスイ
ッチの端子間電圧を所定電圧に抑制する定電圧機能を有
