半導体スイッチと、前記点火電源コイルの他方の半サイ
クルの出力で充電される点火位置決定用コンデンサと、
前記コンデンサの放電電流をベース電流として導通した
際に前記しゃ断制御用半導体スイッチへの導通信号を該
半導体スイッチから側路するように設けられた導通信号
側路用ド ランジスタスイッチとを備え、前記主電流制
御用トランジスタスイッチ回路のしゃ断により前記点火
電源コイルに誘起した高い電圧を昇圧して点火用の高電
圧を得る内燃機関用点火装置において、前記導通信号側
路用トランジスタスイッチのコレクタ側からベース側に
正帰還をかける正帰還回路を設けたことを特徴とする内
