Claims

[Scope of claim for utility model registration] A nozzle structure for a shot blasting device for cleaning, rust removal, paint removal, etc. of roadside facilities, etc., in which high-pressure water is jetted at the center of the nozzle body having an air jet port. A water nozzle with a small-diameter ejection hole is installed, and a rectifying inner pipe is installed in front of the water nozzle and fixed with an air passage gap between the rectifying outer pipe and the active flow inner pipe. A passage through which granular materials such as sand and abrasives flow into the main body center hole communicating with the water nozzle part is provided, and further a passage is provided at the base outer periphery of the rectifying inner pipe or a rectifying inner pipe attachment part of the nozzle body. A communication hole is installed nearby to introduce a part of the airflow in the air passage into the rectifying inner pipe, thereby preventing air turbulence due to negative pressure at the outlet of the rectifying inner pipe and directing high-pressure jet water mixed with particulates to the outside of the rectifying pipe. High-pressure air is ejected from the end of the air outlet formed by the tube and the rectifying inner tube, enveloping it with high-pressure air and injecting it forward.
