Conventionally, shot blasting equipment is generally known, which cleans, removes rust, or removes paint from the surface of a target object by spraying granular materials such as sand together with water at high pressure onto the surface of the target object. Since the amount of water in this device is not so limited, the injection nozzle structure only needs to be one that simply discharges a mixed flow of particulate matter and water vigorously, and there are no strong restrictions on the amount of water injected or problems such as mist dispersion. However, when a shot blasting device is installed on a road-driving work vehicle and the work vehicle is driven at a predetermined speed to clean the aforementioned facilities along the road, a large amount of nozzle-jet water must be used. This requires a large amount of replenishment, and the need to bring the injection nozzle close to the target surface such as a tunnel wall is a complicated and expensive device due to the driving conditions (when driving a work vehicle, the target surface at least from
(need to be separated by about 0.2 m), the nozzle structure of the conventional shot blasting device described above cannot be adopted as is.

This idea was devised in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to effectively utilize the minimum amount of make-up water and spray a mixed flow of particulate matter at high pressure onto target surfaces such as tunnel walls and guardrails that are separated by a predetermined distance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a jet nozzle structure of a shot blasting device devised so that it can be effectively cleaned, rust removed, or painted with water.

That is, the nozzle structure of this invention has a diameter of 0.6 to 1.5.
Water under high pressure (300 to 1200 Kg/cm 2 ) is spouted from a water nozzle with a small diameter jet hole of about mm,
In addition, this nozzle injection part mixes pneumatically or liquid-fed granular materials such as sand and abrasives, and the jet water of this mixed flow of granular materials is jetted forward at high pressure from the pipe end of the rectifying inner pipe. By ejecting air in a state that envelops the high-pressure jet water with a mixed flow of particulate matter from the outside, it is possible to prevent the speed of the jet water from decreasing due to air resistance and from scattering during the jet, and to effectively hit the object surface that is a predetermined distance away. The structure is designed to be shot blasted by force, and in addition, the ejector action of high-pressure water jetted from the water nozzle reduces the pressure inside the rectifier tube, which eliminates the problem of air turbulence at the outlet of the tube. This problem is solved by having a structure in which the flow is introduced into the rectifying inner pipe.

An embodiment of this invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a schematic explanatory diagram of the shot blasting device mounted on a working vehicle C that travels on the road, where 1 is a main body frame supported on the side of the working vehicle A, and 2 is a main body frame attached to this main frame 1. The injection nozzle that is the subject of this invention sprays high-pressure water SW mixed with particulate matter such as sand and abrasives toward a wall surface (object surface) 3 such as a tunnel that is a roadside facility, and the collision occurs. This shows a cleaning operation in which dirt is removed from the surface 3 of the irradiated object using force. 4 is the work vehicle C mentioned above.
5 indicates a pump that pressurizes and supplies the water in the water tank 4 to the injection nozzle 2, but the work vehicle C is also equipped with granular materials such as sand and abrasives. The apparatus is equipped with a pressure tank and a device (none of which are shown) for pneumatically delivering a fixed amount of particulate matter in the tank to the injection nozzle 2. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the structure of the injection nozzle of this invention, in which 10 is a nozzle body having an air outlet 15-A, and 12 is a nozzle body having an air outlet 15-A installed at the center of the nozzle body 10 through a mounting piece 13. The attached water nozzle has a small-diameter ejection hole 12a, for example, about 0.6 to 1.5 mm in diameter, through which high-pressure water is ejected. Reference numeral 14 denotes a rectifying inner tube that is inserted and fixed in front of this water nozzle 12 with an air passage gap 15 between it and a rectifying outer tube 11 for ejecting air.
2 are communicated with each other through a center hole 16 of the nozzle body 10 that includes a mounting piece 13. Reference numeral 17 denotes a passage which is opened near the water nozzle 12 in the center hole 16 of the main body and mixes pneumatically or liquid-fed granular materials S such as sand and abrasives with the nozzle jet water. It is made up of pores. 18 is a pneumatic pipe that sends particulate matter S from the work vehicle C side to this passage 17;
Reference numeral 19 denotes an air chamber provided on the outside of the nozzle body 10 to which high-pressure air A is supplied, and the high-pressure air A in the chamber enters the internal space 21 through the main body hole 20 and further flows into the rectifying inner pipe 14 from there. It passes through the passage gap 15 between the outer straightening tubes 11 and is injected forward at high pressure in such a manner as to envelop the high-pressure jet water SW containing particulate matter. Note that the jetting speed of the air A is equal to or higher than the jetting speed of the jetting water SW. Reference numeral 22 denotes a communication hole through which a part of the air flow in the body internal space 21, which is an air passage, is introduced into the rectifying inner tube 14, and this may be a plurality of holes provided on the outer periphery of the base of the rectifying inner tube 14. However, in the case of this embodiment, an L-shaped passage hole is provided near the rectifier tube attachment portion of the nozzle body 10 to communicate between the body center hole 16 and the body internal space 21.

Thus, the high-pressure jet water SW mixed with granular material jetted from the water nozzle 12 is jetted forward at high pressure as shown in FIG. 2, and the high-pressure air A is jetted forward through the straightening inner pipe 14.
The high-pressure jet water SW passes through the passage gap 15 between the outer pipe 11 and the straightening outer pipe 11, and is jetted out forward from the nozzle end in a state in which it envelops the high-pressure jet water SW mixed with the granular material. Therefore, the high-pressure jet water SW is prevented from coming into contact with the still air by the air A that is jetted out so as to envelop it, and is prevented from diffusing into a mist on the way, and arrives at a high speed at the target surface 3 located a predetermined distance away, for example about 1 m, and then collides with this target surface 3 with strong collision energy, and is sprayed onto the target surface 3.
Be sure to thoroughly remove any dirt, rust, etc.

By the way, the rectifying inner pipe 14 has a rectifying function that injects high-pressure jet water SW with a mixed flow of particulate matter and also jets air A in parallel around its outer periphery.
If a part of the air flow in the air passage is not introduced into the rectifying inner pipe 14, the pressure inside the rectifying inner pipe 14 will be reduced due to the ejector action of the high-pressure jet water SW, and the flow of the jet air A and the jet water SW will be reduced. A problem arises in that the flows are mutually disturbed and the collision force on the object surface 3 is reduced, so in order to solve this problem, a part of the air flow in the air passage is introduced into the rectifying inner pipe 14. A communication hole 22 is provided to allow the Therefore, the atomization problem caused by the air confusion of the high-pressure water jet SW is resolved, and the high-pressure water jet SW mixed with particulate matter is wrapped in the air A jetted in parallel to the high-pressure water jet SW for a predetermined distance while maintaining strong force. Since the beam can be caused to collide with the distant object surface 3, dirt and the like on the object surface 3 can be effectively removed.
