  1. 絶縁性基板と、前記絶縁性基板の一面に隔離して形成さ
    れた電極対と、前記電極対の各内側端部と重なるように
    形成された抵抗体と：前記抵抗体の上面を覆うように形
    成された絶縁体と、前記絶縁体の端部から前記電極対の
    それぞれに接続するように形成された上部電極とを具備
    したことを特徴とするチップ抵抗器。
