Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は土工用機具に関し、特に、土工用機具の切刃に
連結される歯とアダプタの構体で、この構体の歯に加え
られる剪断荷重を吸収するための装置を有する構体に関
するものである。
土工用機具たとえば積込みパケットは通常パケットベー
スの前端部に連結された支持板と、この支持板にボルト
で固定されて上記支持板の前方に延びた切刃とを有して
いる。
歯アダプタが前記支持板にボルトで固定されて切れ刃の
前方に延びており、また土工用歯が上記アダプタに取り
付けられている。
いくつかの先行技術の積込みパケットにおいては、アダ
プタは歯に加えられた剪断力または荷重を、上記アダプ
タを支持板に連結しているボルトに伝達する。
通常それにより、短時間内でボルトが剪断せしめられあ
るいはゆるめられ、がくしてアダプタの結合を分離せし
める程に大きい歪が上記ボルトに加えられる。
その結果、上記剪断力が少くともその一部を切刃内へ消
散されるように、切刃の周りにしっくりと嵌合するアダ
プタが開発されている。
この衝接関係のため、連結ボルトの歪が軽減され、それ
によりボルトの剪断のおそれもまた減ぜられる。
通常切刃は衝接するアダプタにより伝達される剪断力を
消散するため比較的に鈍く作られて来た。
だが、これ等の鈍い切刃はより鋭利な切刃はどに有効に
土を切削しない。
切刃を比較的に鋭利に作ることができるが、これ等の切
刃は土工用の歯に加えられる剪断力を消散するのには十
分ではない。
これ等の鋭利な切刃は上記力に耐える程には強くはなく
、シたがって不断の修理または取り替えを必要とするで
あろう。
さらにその上に、鋭利な切刃は鈍い切刃程に多くの剪断
力を消散せず、したがって結合用ボルトに付加的な剪断
力を好ましくない程に提供し、かくしてボルトが剪断し
あるいはゆるむおそれを増す。
本考案は上記の問題の１つまたはそれ以上を解決するこ
とに向けられている。
本考案によれば、一方の部材を他方の部材に連結するた
めのアダプタで、前記一方の部材を受は入れるための前
方部分と、第１の上方脚部と第２の下方脚部との２また
にされて上記両脚部の相互間に前記他方の部材を受は入
れるための空洞を形成された後方部分と、前記一方の部
材の端部に衝接するように前記脚部の１つから前記空洞
内へ延びた一体の荷重吸収肩部とを含んで戒るアダプタ
が提供される。
第１図および第２図には、パケットを横切って互いに離
隔された複数の歯とアダプタの構体１２を有する土工用
機具たとえば積込みバケツ） １０が図示されている。
機具１０はパケットベース１４と、溶接１８により上記
ベースの前端部に連結された部材たとえば支持板１６と
を含んでいる。
他の部材たとえば切刃２０が支持板１６の下表面に隣接
し且つ板１６と間延をなして側方に延びている。
切刃２０は、比較的に鋭利な前方と後方の端部２２およ
び２４を有し、前記鋭利な端部を支持板１６の比較的に
鈍い前端縁２６の前方に延在させて、可逆である。
構体１２は後方部分３０と前方部分３２とを有するアダ
プタ２８を含んでいる。
後方部分３０は、２つの部材、詳細に述べれば、板１６
の頂部表面３８と切刃２０の下部表面４０とにそれぞれ
またがる上方脚部３４と下方脚部３６とを提供するよう
に２またにされている。
上方脚部３４は脚部３４と３６との間に形成された空洞
４４内へ下向きに延びた一体の荷重吸収肩部４２を有し
ている。
肩部４２は支持板１６の鈍い端縁２６に衝接し、また脚
部３４および３６は切刃２０の前端部２２と空洞４４の
前端部４７との周りに隙間４６を提供する形状にされて
いる。
部材たとえば歯４８は従来どおりの保持ピン構体５０に
よりアダプタ２８の前方部分３２に連結されている。
ボルト５２が上方脚部３４と、支持板１６と、切刃２０
と、下方脚部３６とを一体をなして結合するように整列
された孔腔５４を貫通して延びている。
ナツト５６と、ボルト５２の頭部５８とはボルト５２を
締付けるため脚部３４および３６内のそれぞれの凹所６
０および６２内に収容されている。
他の同様なボルト６４が脚部３４の後方部分と、支持板
１６と、脚部３６とを貫通して延びて、これ等の要素を
付加的に結合し、またボルト６４を締付けるのにナツト
６６と頭部６７とが使用されている。
歯４８が土中に堀り下がる際に、剪断荷重が生成されて
上記歯に加えられる。
次でこれ等の荷重は前方部分３２を通して肩部４２に伝
達され、この肩部において上記荷重が鈍い端縁２６と肩
部４２との間の相互の衝接関係のために支持板１６内へ
消散されるであろう。
これ等の剪断荷重の中の少量のみがボルト５２に伝達さ
れ、それによりこれ等のボルトが剪断しあるいは緩むお
それを軽減するであろう。
さらにその上に、隙間４６のため、剪断力が比較的に鋭
利な前端部２２に少しも伝達されず、したがって、上記
の比較的に鋭利な前端部はこれ等の荷重から屈曲せずあ
るいは破断しないであろう。
本考案は好ましい一実施例に関して詳細に図示し且つ述
べたが本考案の精神および範囲を逸脱することなく各種
の変更を施し得ることはもちろんである。

Claims (9)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）第１の前端部を有する支持板と；第２の前方切削
    端部を有して、前記第１の前端部の前方に延在する切刃
    と；前記支持板と前記切刃とが内部へ延びる空洞を相互
    間に形成するように後方へ延びた上方と下方の脚部を有
    する歯アダプタで、前記空洞内へ延びて前記第１の前端
    部に衝接する一体の荷重吸収肩部を有する歯アダプタと
    ；前記支持板と、前記切刃と、前記脚部とを一体となる
    ように固定するための装置とを含んで戊る土工用機具。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の土工用機具
    において、前記脚部と前記切刃とが前記脚部と前記第２
    前端部との間の空洞内に隙間を提供する形状にされて成
    る土工用機具。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の土工用機具
    において、前記第１の前端部が比較的に鈍く、また前記
    第２の前端部が比較的に鋭くされて成る土工用機具。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の土工用機具
    において、前記肩部が前記上方脚部から下方に延びて成
    る土工用機具。
  5. （５）実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の土工用機具
    において、前記支持板と前記切刃とが前記切刃を前記支
    持板の下にして互いに表面接触をなして成る土工用機具
    。
  6. （６）実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載の土工用機具
    において、前記切刃が他の比較的に鋭い切削端部を有し
    て可逆にされて戒る土工用機具。
  7. （７）実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の土工用機具
    において、前記アダプタから前方に延びるように前記ア
    ダプタに連結された歯をさらに含んで成る土工用機具。
  8. （８）実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の土工用機具
    において、前記支持板および前記切刃が側方に延び、ま
    た前記板と前記切刃とに沿って互いに離隔された複数の
    アダプタがさらに配備されて戊る土工用機具。
  9. （９）実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の土工用機具
    において、前記固定装置がボルトから成る土工用機具。
