Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）配線パターンを形成しである配線基板と、この配
    線基板に固着しである圧電振動子およびＩＣチップと、
    磁器製のチップ基板に導体層、誘電体層を積層形成し複
    数のコンデンサを形成してあり上記配線基板に固着しで
    あるチップコンデンサとを設けた発振器。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、コ。 ンデンサは二つでありチップ基板の両面に形成してあり
    、発振回路の入力側および出力側に接続されたことを特
    徴とする発振器。
