Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）圧電基板の一主面に少なくとも入力電極および出
    力電極が形成された表面波フィルタ素子をステム上に載
    置固定し、前記ステムに絶縁部材を介して貫通植設され
    た前記入力電極および出力電極からの信号導線を少なく
    とも具備する表面波フィルタ構体を外部配線回路の形成
    された回路基板に固定した表面波フィルタ装置において
    、前記ステムの前記回路基板に相対する側に前記回路基
    板と接触する導電性の部材を配置したことを特徴とする
    表面波フィルタ装置。
  2. （２）前記ステムと前記回路基板の周辺部に互いに対応
    する貫通孔を設け、この貫通孔を介して前記ステムと前
    記回路基板とを支持固定したことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の表面波フィルタ装置。
