Claims (1)
- それぞれが冷却器を内蔵した複数の回収容器を凝結性ガ
ス幹導管に並列状態に設けるとともに圧力調節器と同圧
力調節器の出力信号に応じて開閉度の制御される調整弁
とを上記各回収容器の排出管内に設けたことを特徴とす
る凝結性ガス回収装置。
