    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の真空結晶缶と、こ−れら真空結晶缶に対して共通
    に設けられた真空ポンプと、この真空ポンプに接続され
    る主管路に対し上記各真空結晶缶本接続する複数の枝管
    路と、各枝管路に設けた複数の絞り弁と、各枝管路にお
    いて上記絞り弁と真空結晶缶の途中に設けた複数のブリ
    ード弁と、上記各真空結晶缶に対応して設けられた複数
    の圧力調節計及び複数の圧力センサとを有し、上記各調
    節計は上記各圧力センサよりのＰｖ値と各真空結晶缶毎
    に設定されるＳＶ値１こ基づいて上記各枝管路゛　の絞
    り弁とブリード弁の開度をその出力の５０％近傍を境界
    に互い比逆方向に制御することを特徴°と′する真空結
    晶缶圧力制御装置。
