Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of assembling by filling brazing filler metal in a butting recessed groove of a tube heat to sigzag form, and after tack welding incorporating fins and brazing in a furnace, and thereby eliminating use of holding jigs and making it to a solid structure.
CONSTITUTION: A tube 1a is formed by bending a tube material core of which is corrosion preventive aluminum and only the outside is clad with an aluminium brazing filler metal into zigzag form. Next, plural tubes 1a are arranged and the aluminium brazing filler metal 4 is sprayed in recessed grooves at butted parts of tubes 1a and tack-welded. On the other hand, heat transmitting fins 2 are made by bending a Zn group aluminium alloy lower in potential than the tubes 1a into zigzag form. These are inserted between the tubes 1a and made to a solid body by brazing in a furnace.
